An Invitation to watch the new documentary HEAL
In Western medicine, when we visit a doctor with a health issue, we usually see a general practitioner or maybe a specialist.
Most of the times in a couple of minutes we receive a diagnose why we’re feeling sick or imbalanced and we receive 9 out of 10 some medication. The pity is that, and research shows that, we almost always receive medication to deal with the symptoms. When we do not sleep, solution sleep tablets, we feel depressed solution mediation that cushions the feelings, we have pain we take a pain killer etc.
The real problem with this approach, is that when we treat the symptom and not the cause—we actually do not heal.
We blur out the symptoms and somewhere we hope that our body/mind heals it self by miracle
The thing is we humans are comprised of complex relations between cells, tissues, organs, and systems of the body, all of which communicate physically, emotionally, genetically, energetically, and so on.
That’s why when it comes to REAL HEALING from a disease, it’s not enough to look at the symptom, but instead we need to find the cause. What is keeping the cause alive and we should get rig of and what extra resources do we need to heal.
When we’re treating the symptom, we’ll never experience freedom from the disease because we’re simply performing maintenance.
Please don't get me wrong Western medicine definitely has its time and place, for example, Western medicine is great for physical trauma and the enormous techniques in operations are amazing and live saving!
But when it comes to disease, we now know, again based on research, most diseases are caused by stress-related conditions, and as we know, when our body experiences stress for extended periods of time, it moves out of homeostasis—the ideal state of internal balance and equilibrium. As the body moves out of equilibrium for long enough, it creates a cascade of negative effects.
With the advent of the communication age, more people than ever have access to information, and information empowers the individual. The good news is that in today’s world, when we experience a health crisis, are given an unfavourable diagnosis, told we only have so long to live, or told it would take a miracle to reverse our condition, we don’t have to accept the opinion or diagnosis of our health care provider—because there are alternative paths beyond pills, chemotherapy, and surgery.
In the documentary film called, HEAL, we dive inside in the field of healing and transformation with ground breaking people as Deepak Chopra, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Marianne Williamson, Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden, Anita Moorjani, Bruce Lipton, and more. They present us with evidence-based alternatives as to how we can treat disease from the inside out, rather than from the outside in. The documentary also shows how common people are applying these principles to do the uncommon—proof that if they can do it, so can you.
I’d like to invite you to watch HEAL and see for yourself what’s possible. You’ll discover how holding on to negative emotions creates imbalance in our bodies, and how conditions western medicine has labeled as depression, anxiety, disease, migraines, and so on, often have much earlier causes rooted in our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions.
What you’ll also find in HEAL are people who did not deny or surrender to their health condition or disease, but instead they created plans, uncovered causes, measured results, tested and retested, and dared to do the inner work required for true healing—to believe in themselves, in possibility, and their health more than their disease, prognosis, or condition.
We live in a day and age where we do not have surrender and accept a diagnosis.
Based on all the research on placebo's we know now that you are giving your power away when you accept the white dresses and their diagnosis, and admit that your disease is greater than yourself.
Just imagine when we think about disease logically, where does it begin? It begins inside of us, we feel unhappy, stressed, guilty, overloaded, not acknowledged, not good enough with something and it starts lingering in us, we think we forget it or bury it, instead we keep it alive inside us. Is it not that we are the only one we knows how our depression, anxiety, auto immune reaction, chronic pains feels and that there are other people who experienced the same and do not have these issues. Why is that they deal with it different.
The truth that HEAL uncovers is that we are infinitely more powerful than we can imagine. Healing begins with changing our mind, beliefs, and perceptions.
As you change your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions, you change the signals that are going into your cells, and this changes your body’s chemistry. An easy way to think about it is that good thoughts produce good chemicals, and toxic thoughts produce toxic chemicals.
My desire for this film or the "remaster yourself the personal leadership journey workshop" or the training hypnotherapy and NLP, is that it brings a new awareness to people who are willing to help other people or people who are sick or suffering from disease.
In my journey, I’ve seen people who have been sick for so long they can’t even remember what feeling well feels like, and when they discover their power that are amazed what it brings to them.
I would love that people would understand that they have more control over their destiny than they realise and that they are not defined by their illness. As with most things in life, the answer is not outside of us, it’s inside us.
Finally someone is telling the story that demonstrates how so many people all over the world are healing from diseases once thought chronic or incurable. When you know what’s possible—and when the body is given the proper conditions to return to homeostasis—you just might start believing in yourself and your body’s innate capacity to heal more than a label, a diagnosis, or prognosis.
